Smart Ordering in the Showroom

For Azzurro, we recently developed a custom app specifically designed for retail. This app makes the showroom process faster, more efficient, and more customer-friendly.

When customers visit the showroom, they are assisted by staff who use the app to take orders directly. All products are clearly categorized and can be easily customized with specific options such as color and size. Product information is automatically loaded from the PIM system, ensuring that the data is always up to date.

In the shopping cart overview, staff can see exactly what has been added – with the option to easily remove or adjust products. Afterwards, a new customer can be quickly created or an existing customer selected.

In the checkout, it is possible to:

· Choose a shipping method (including changing the shipping address)

· Select the preferred payment method

· Complete the order

After completion, the order is immediately sent to the webshop, where further financial processing takes place.

Additional features:

· Search for customers and edit customer details

· View order history

· Scan products via barcode
